Before moving to the UK, I spent several years providing physiotherapy in patients' homes, supporting individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions, as well as older adults requiring rehabilitation following illness, surgery or reduced mobility. This experience taught me the importance of delivering personalised care in the comfort of a patient's own home, where rehabilitation can be tailored to their daily environment and goals. My clinical interests include back and neck pain, shoulder and knee conditions, arthritis, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, mobility problems, balance training and exercise-based rehabilitation.
